Claims for Damage / Short Delivery:

Claims for Damage / Short Delivery must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods. Please include photos of the damage or missing items in your email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unread and undamaged: The book must be in the same condition as when it was received, with no markings, highlighting, or damage to the pages, cover, or dust jacket. Original packaging: The book must be returned in its original packaging, including any shrink wrap or protective covers.

Return Process:

Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the package.

Proof of Shipping: We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your return shipment.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding our original shipping cost. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to process.

Return Shipping Costs:

For items returned due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Your refund will exclude our original shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item and will issue a full refund or replacement. But this will not happen because we have modern packaging equipment and skilled packaging staff.

All the Books shipped at customer risk, we are not responsible for damaged caused by transporter transit.
